Busta Rhymes has thrilled his fans with a major announcement – the upcoming release of his highly-anticipated album, Blockbusta. Adding to the excitement, the rap icon has enlisted revered producers Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, and Pharrell Williams to lead the production.

Busta Rhymes has recently revealed exciting news for his fans as he has announced the upcoming release of his tenth studio album titled, Blockbusta. Along with the album announcement, he will have renowned rap producers Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, and Pharrell Williams in charge of production.
On October 23, the rap icon shared a video featuring telling his fans the news:
“IT’S TIME!! THE GLOBAL ANNOUNCEMENT!! BRAND NEW ALBUM BY THE 🐉!! BLOCKBUSTA 🤯!! DROPPING 11.24.23 🔥 THE BLESSINGS DON’T STOP SO WE WON’T EVER STOP!!,” Busta Rhymes wrote in his caption.
During the clip, each producer took turns and appreciated Busta for allowing them to help produce his album. In the video, each producer chimed in on what it means to produce the album and how it sounds.
“This project right here is executive produced by the f*cking committee,” Swizz Beatz says in the video.“Pharrell the Pharaoh, Timbo the King, Swizz Beatz the student.” Pharrell chimed in, saying, “You really feel illuminated. This illumination is good because I think people gon’ be able to get and feel that,” while Timbaland added how he felt about the album’s sound by calling it–“timeless.”

The album, Blockbusta, is scheduled to be released on November 24 under The Conglomerate Entertainment and Epic Records. It will mark the “Touch It” rapper’s tenth studio album and his first since 2020’s Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God.
Busta Rhymes has recently received recognition for his illustrious rap career and contributions to hip-hop. At the BET Awards in June 2023, he was honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, acknowledging his impact on the music industry over three decades.
Another honor for Busta Rhymes was from the New York State Assembly. The New York rapper received a certificate from them for his career milestones and also to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.
