The event was a two-day event that took place on Saturday, Oct. 28 and concluded on Sunday, Oct. 29. Held in Piedmont Park, this two-day celebration coincided with SpelHouse Homecoming, making it an unforgettable weekend in the city. 

Janet Jackson, the lead headliner for One Music Festival, delivered a nearly two-hour show on Saturday. The iconic singer delighted the crowd by performing all of her famous hits like “Control,” “That’s The Way Love Goes,” and “I Get So Lonely.” 

The night’s highlight came when Jackson surprised the audience with a special appearance by J. Cole, as they performed their collaboration, “No Sleep,” leaving the crowd stunned and thrilled.

Lil Kim, Lil Cease & Others Rock The Stage 

Lil Kim, another standout performer at the festival, took the stage with her signature swagger. 

The rap legend treated fans to hit songs like “Crush On You” and “How Many Licks,” and even brought out special guests, including Lil Cease, Sukihana, and SlxmJimmi from Rae Sremmurd. Lil Kim’s electrifying performance had the whole crowd bouncing and singing along.

Coco Jones Wows With Impeccable Talent

Coco Jones, an emerging talent, moved Saturday’s show with her powerful vocals and stage presence. The acclaimed rapper performed his chart-topping hits such as “Alright,” “Swimming Pools,” “Love,” and “Element.” Lamar’s set was a visual spectacle, with him dressed in red and backed by dancers representing California culture, complete with cornrows. Durand Bernarr Never Disappoints 

Durand Bernarr, known for his entertaining sets, brought his artistry to the festival. Donning a black leather outfit and gold hoops, Bernarr delivered a creative and immersive experience for the audience. His vocal range and high falsettos amazed those watching, leaving a lasting impression.

Key Glock Pays Homage To The Late and Great

Adding to the excitement, Key Glock took the stage with a creative set featuring a huge white statue of his face, which emitted smoke. The rapper also paid tribute to the late Young Dolph throughout his performance, adding a heartfelt and emotional touch to his set.
