The details surrounding Jacky-Oh’s surgery included that she underwent a “mommy makeover,” specifically a “gluteal augmentation procedure,” on May 30. However, post-surgery, she experienced severe headaches described as a burning sensation, which prompted her to seek medical assistance.
Recognizing the severity of the situation, she sought emergency medical assistance and was subsequently hospitalized.
Tragically, she passed away before midnight on May 31. It was then revealed that Jacky-Oh had been prescribed antibiotics, pain relievers, and medication to prevent nausea and vomiting following the surgery.

Her toxicology report shows no evidence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or tobacco consumption.
