The person was identified as Tiffany Haddish, and she was then arrested. According to Rolling Stone, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has confirmed that Haddish has been charged with two misdemeanors about the DUI arrest.
The charges include driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08%. Haddish’s arraignment is scheduled for Friday, December 22.

She is also prohibited from exceeding therapeutic limits with prescription medications. Furthermore, the comedian will be subjected to random drug testing as part of her bond conditions.

Haddish’s Thanksgiving DUI incident prompted the court’s intervention, leading to the imposition of strict guidelines.
Despite the repercussions, Haddish remains determined to turn her life around and seek the necessary assistance. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she expressed her commitment to getting help and emphasized that “this will never happen again.”

On Friday, November 24, Haddish was arrested after police found her allegedly asleep behind the wheel of her car on Beverly Drive.
Haddish was arrested by the Beverly Hills PD on Friday morning when they received a report of someone stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive, appearing to be sleeping while the car was running, according to TMZ. Although Haddish was not involved in an accident, the police took action, leading to her arrest. Interestingly, this is not the first time Haddish has faced a DUI charge.
Legal Woes
In January 2022, she was arrested in Atlanta after police responded to a similar incident where she was found sleeping behind the wheel. Haddish is scheduled to go to trial for the case on December 4.
Furthermore, the comedian has been involved in many legal troubles. In September 2022, Tiffany Haddish was met with sexual accusations with co-star Aries Spears, where an unidentified woman accused both Haddish and Spears of grooming her and her younger brother.
