Today, Summerfest announced the massive lineup that will be celebrating its 55th anniversary on the weekends of June 22-24, June 29-July 1 and July 6-8 at Milwaukee’s American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Lake Michigan. The three weekends will host over 100 artists with headliners like Dave Matthews Band, ODESZA, James Taylor & His All-Star Band, Zac Brown Band and many more.
The event changed its format after the COVID-19 pandemic, stretching the event over more time, and now has the space for additional headlining performances from the likes of Zach Bryan, Imagine Dragons and Eric Church.
“Celebrating 55 years of live music is a true testament to this festival,” said Don Smiley, CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. “Together with the City of Milwaukee, we look forward to hosting music fans from across the globe at Summerfest and delivering a world-class lineup with hundreds of artists during our nine-day run.”
The nine days will also welcome appearances by Earth, Wind & Fire, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, The Avett Brothers, Fleet Foxes, Bleachers, Elvis Costello & The Imposters, Smokey Robinson, The War on Drugs, Lord Huron, Cypress Hill, Japanese Breakfast, Greensky Bluegrass, Styx, Buddy Guy, Dinosaur Jr., Galactic with Anjelika Jelly Joseph, Fitz And The Tantrums and more.
