R&B singer Trey Songz has been accused once again of sexual assult. The new accuser is demanding a $5 million settlement offer.

Trey Songz Receives Demand Letter
A new woman is accusing Trey Songz for sexual assult and claims she has video evidance to prove it.
A demand letter, that included a video of the assault, was mailed to the “Can’t Help But Wait” singer.
Attorneys George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell are claiming their client, Megan Johnson, was sexually assaulted by Trey during an event back in August 2013.
Caught On Tape
According to the letter, Johnson was having a friend take a picture of her, alleging Trey Songz came up from behind and pulled her breast out from her bikini top and then chanted “T***ies in the Open” four different times.
The attorney described in detail the graphic video to the court saying,
“Ms. Johnson’s friend took a video. That video shows you coming up behind Ms. Johnson, ripping her bikini top from her chest-grabbing and then exposing her bare breast.”
He continued presenting the evidence to Trey claiming that after this the singer didn’t stop,
“Ms.Johnson immediately pulled her top back on, you further terrorized and humiliated Ms.Johnson with your degrading chant, ‘Titties in the open.’ Which you chanted FOUR TIMES as if it were the chorus to one of your songs.”
Despite her chuckles in embarrassment , Johnson’s attorney’s claims she was humiliated by the incident and it allegedly caused her severe emotional distress.
The attorney went on to describe the aftermath of Trey’s decisions, “Since the assault, Ms. Johnson has engaged in self harm, suffered severe emotional distress, including fear, anxiety, humiliation, depression, and other physical injuries and damages (both economic and noneconomic). Her injuries are substantial, continuing, and permanent.”
Trey Songz Final Chance to Respond
The attorneys claim their client was recently triggered by Trey’s Las Vegas case late last year. Although that case was dropped, Johnson gained the courage nearly a decade later to speak out about her truth on the alleged assault.
To avoid “lengthy litigations,” Johnson is asking that Trigga Trey fork over nearly $5 million. The letter specifies that Trey must contact the victim’s attorneys by May 5, 2022 to discuss a settlement or they will proceed with legal actions.
Trey Songz May Not Sing Again After Another Allegation
Trey Songz remains in the news for sexual assult allegations. Earlier this year he faced yet another sexual assault. This was the fourth allegation filed against the singer just weeks after former basketball star Dylan Gonzalez accused Songz of sexual assault.
The last victim who filed a lawsuit is still seeking $20 million in damages. She claims that she and Trey Songz had a casual and “occasionally sexual” relationship. She then alleges that things took a dark turn on March 24, 2016, when he raped her anally.
