In February, Kodak appeared in court for an arrest and suspicion of drug trafficking, where the “Identity Theft” rapper argues he was racially profiled.
A Broward County, Fla. judge sentenced Kodak to a drug rehab assignment for 30 days, beginning March 7. The court order was before his performance at Rolling Loud on March 3.
Kodak was originally set to perform at Boosie’s music festival, “Boosie Bash,” in Baton Rouge, La., on March 18, when Kodak is set to be headed to drug rehab.
At the time of press, it was not confirmed whether Kodak would be pulled out of the lineup for the upcoming event. Yak has also faced the possibility of missing a performance at Rolling Loud in 2021 due to failing a drug test while on probation.
Kodak Black Released From Jail After Arrest On Drug Charges
Kodak Black was arrested and released from jail on a $75K bond for drug trafficking charges back in July. Kodak was charged with the possession of oxycodone pills.
