Adelaide songwriter Adrian Eagle has come out with a fresh new version of his brilliant new single A.O.K, delivering a stripped back gospel version of the positive anthem.
While the original contrasts Adrian’s booming, trademark vocal delivery with some snappy classic rap drums, the inspiring reflective hit gets a less-is-more makeover on the gospel remix.
“The song came to me really fast and organic – I wrote it a-cappella a few years ago when I got back into writing music. A.O.K standing for Acts of Kindness and the song is about being kind to myself and others. I wanted to write a song for my goddaughters could listen to as well and to share my story and journey through this song,” said Eagle when speaking to us on the songs inspiration.
“The EP version was produced by Jerome Farah who’s an absolute legend and has done a lot of my EP production.”
