A TV reboot of Paid In Full is in the works, according to 50 Cent. On Monday (September 8), the rapper shared an Instagram post claiming that he’d purchased the rights to the 2002 cult classic action thriller and that work had begun on a television show inspired by the film. Cam’ron, who played Rico in the original film, will join the new adaptation as co-executive producer.
“I now have the rights to PAID IN FULL, im developing it into a premium Tv show,” 50 wrote. “If you like God Father of Harlem your [sic] gonna love this. Cam set to Executive produce along side me, if you want in get at him I’m out of the country.”

Cam’ron posted a screenshot of the announcement on his own account. “So we’ve been talking about this for a few months now, and it’s almost time,” he wrote. “Thx @50cent for the opportunity my ni**a. We gonna burn this shit down!!
The upcoming TV show is 50 Cent’s latest TV project – he has acted in numerous movies and founded the production company G-Unit Films and Television Inc. in 2003. As an executive producer, he’s worked on television shows like BMF, Power, and the Power spin-offs, which he also starred in.
