Lotus have outlined the artist lineup for the 15th edition of the Summerdance. This year’s impending event is scheduled to take place over three nights, from Sept. 1 through 3, at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park in Garrettsville, Ohio. Various acts will ascend to The Buckeye State during the musical coming-together to continue Lotus’ annual tradition.
The Labor Day weekend event will boast three sets from the festival hosts, Lotus, which will occur each night. In addition to the headliners, Lotus will also welcome fellow bands, Too Many Zooz, Dogs in a Pile, Space Bacon, Luke The Knife, Beard-O-Bees, Sugar Nova, Hive Mind, as well as a dance party led by DJ Greenfield, and solo frame from Lotus guitarist, Tim Palmieri, as well as Rohan Slowlo.
Previous Summerdance celebrations have been particularly meaningful for the instrumental electronic jamband. In 2021 the group celebrated its final show with founding guitarist Michael Rempel. To follow, the 2022 iteration functioned as a welcome event for Rempel’s replacement, Palmieri. This year boasts another milestone, the band’s first Summerdance without percussionist Charlie Morris, who tragically passed away earlier this year.
Single-day tickets will not be sold. Instead, interested parties can purchase three-day passes here.
