On the song Foo Fighters and Voilet paint a sonic landscape that blends dream-pop and shoegaze influences with their iconic rocking distortion making for a renewed yet familiar feel. The album as a whole marks a poignant milestone for Foo Fighters, as it marks their first album since the tragic loss of Taylor Hawkins. Their previous album, Medicine at Midnight, was released in 2021, leaving fans eagerly awaiting this latest sonic journey.

Before performing the title track of their impending release, Ghrol addressed the crowd saying, “The last year we stuck together as a band. And there was never too long a period of time where we didn’t spend with each other because we knew that we had to get through this whole thing together, And in doing that we wrote a bunch of new songs. That’s what helped us deal with everything that we had to go through. So tonight we’re going to play some of those new songs for you for the first time.”
