King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have officially unveiled the full artist lineup for the 2026 edition of Field of Vision. The festival is set to return to the picturesque Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colo., from Aug. 14-16, promising a weekend defined by the same genre-defying spirit that has come to define the Australian psych-rock collective.
A Diverse and Eclectic Musical Program
This year’s iteration of the festival features a robust program of 24 acts and curated activities. The lineup reflects the hosts’ own eclectic tastes, blending experimental rock, post-punk, surf-rock, and legendary global sounds. Among the new additions to the bill are the rapidly ascending Québécois experimental rock duo Angine de Poitrine, the Melbourne-based post-punk quartet Destrends, and the esteemed DJ Jonathan Toubin.
The festival will also host surf-rock pioneers La Luz—alongside a special solo performance from vocalist Shana Cleveland—as well as the Charles Moothart-fronted proto-metal outfit Primitive Ring, avant-pop producer Spacemoth, and folk singer-songwriter Will Sprott. Perhaps most notably, the lineup includes the legendary Zamrock ensemble W.I.T.C.H. and a return appearance by Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys, who famously joined King Gizzard for a rendition of “Police Truck” during last year’s inaugural event.
Beyond the Main Stage
The festival experience extends well beyond traditional performances. Attendees can expect unique offerings from the Gizz camp’s various side projects, including a meditative gong bath from CAVS and a set from Joey Walker’s electronic project, Bullant. These additions complement a previously announced roster that includes Blood Incantation, Die Spitz, Etran De L’Air, Folk Bitch Trio, Lisa Bella Donna, and Upchuck. King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are slated to headline every night of the festival.
Field of Vision 2026 represents a significant milestone for the band, as these dates, alongside a three-night residency at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, N.Y., will serve as their only North American performances of the year. For those looking to relive the magic of the inaugural event, a review of the first Field of Vision is available here, and fans can explore the festival’s sonic legacy through Relix’s exclusive vinyl compilation, Flame Throwers: Volume Four.
