Aqueous Shift Location of The Great Flamingle II

Aqueous Shift Location of The Great Flamingle II

After initially announcing the artist lineup and details behind the second installment of their summer music festival, Aqueous has shifted the location of their The Great Flamingle II event from the Kissing Bridge Ski Resort in Glenwood, N.Y., to Sherman, N.Y. Dates remain the same, and will land on August 11 and 12.

The location of the impending event, Sherman, N.Y., is less than 30 miles from the first location, Glenwood, N.Y. While the change in scenery is further from the band’s hometown of Buffalo, N.Y., the new location has been known to stir up a good time as the venue for Great Blue Heron Music Festival for the past 30 years.

This year’s previously shared lineup boasts Boston-based jam outfit Dopapod, New York’s own rock quartet TAUK, experimental rockers Mungion and a special Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater tribute set fronted by Aqueous guitarist Mike Ganzter. Aqueous drummer Rob Houk is also slated to perform with his new band, TAND, with additional frames provided by Witty Tarbox, The Pickle Mafia, Damone Jackson’s Outcome, Cypher and Turtle Logic.
