Gorillaz announced a series of four shows slated to occur this fall. Titled, The Getaway, the concerts will mark the final run of U.S. dates in support of the band’s recently dropped album Cracker Island, which was released in February 2023. The shows are billed to include special guests Kaytranada, Lil Yachty and Remi Wolf.
Arriving after Gorillaz’s recent back-to-back performances at the 2023 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and a break from the stage this summer, shows will pick back up with a newly announced tour date on Sunday, Sept. 10, at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
Next, Gorillaz will bring the entertainment to the Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas, on Sept. 13, before following up on stage at Chicago’s Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre on Sept. 19. The final appearance is scheduled to occur on Sept. 19 when the Gorillaz make their last U.S. showing at the Fenway Park in Boston.
Tickets will be available beginning with a Live Nation presale on Wed., May 31 at 10 a.m. local time. The general on-sale will arrive on Friday, June 2, at 10 a.m. local time at Gorillaz.com.
