Today, Cruel World Festival announced who will be joining them for their return to the Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calf., on May 20. The single-day festival will be headlined by ‘80s icon Iggy Pop and English singer, songwriter, musician and record producer Siouxsie, marking her first performance in North America in 15 years.
Cruel World is presented by Goldenvoice, the minds behind Coachella and Stagecoach, and is set up to create many unique musical experiences over the course of its gathering. Along with the aforementioned icons, they’ll welcome Billy Idol, Love and Rockets, marking their first time performing together since 2008 and Echo & The Bunnymen. Other esteemed artists on the bill include Adam Ant, The Human League, Molchat Doma, Gary Numan, The Motels and Modern English.
A number of up-and-coming synth-pop artists are also slated to perform, with appearances from Boy Harsher, Twin Tribes, Glass Spells, Ela Minus, and more. View the complete lineup here or below.
