Boston-born, Sydney-based artist Raj Mahal has come through with a fiery new single, What Da Deal, which comes as the boundary pushing emcee’s first solo release of 2019 following a breakout ’18.
Experimental and energetic, What Da Deal pays homage to the late 00’s sounds of Gucci Mane whilst also bashing it’s way through a boiling pot of eclectic sounds that set Mahal apart from his rising peers in Australia.
While the fiery new anthem is Raj’s first of 2019, it’s not the first we’ve heard of him this year, appearing on Triple One’s Jitter with yet another distinctive yet diverse sound.
