Nelly Under Criminal Investigation for Sexual Assault in England

Nelly is reportedly under criminal investigation in England for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman after a concert in December.

According to TMZ, police in Essex, England have launched an investigation into a woman’s claim that the St. Louis rapper masturbated in front her and tried to force oral sex. The woman, identified as “Jane Doe 2,” alleges that Nelly took a photo with her and then invited her back to his dressing room. It was there, she claims, that Nelly removed his pants and start pleasuring himself in front her while trying to move her hand to his penis.

The woman said that when she tried to leave, Nelly allegedly grabbed the back her head and forced her to perform fellatio on him. She managed to escape after Nelly called her a "c---t."

This alleged incident occurred two months after Monique Greene claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus. Since then, prosecutors dropped sexual assault charges against the rapper, however, Green, has filed a defamation lawsuit.

In January, Nelly filed a countersuit against Greene seeking to have her defamation lawsuit dismissed and wants the judge to strike Greene’s other claims that he additionally sexually assaulted two other women.

Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, told TMZ that Nelly is confident that the new allegations would be proven false.

"These allegations arose after Ms. Greene amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigation these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation," he said. "Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout."

Reps for Nelly had no comment on the matter.
